If you're coming over from gen X quilters today- hi! I looove that blog - Annemarie is so awesome! I just got my fat quarters in the mail from the Kona Your World swap and love them. I can't imagine how much work that was, so thanks, Annemarie! In other news, I have 16 and 2 half days of school left (SCORE!)
.... & I finally finished Noah's quilt!
I quilted it 1/4" inside each white sashing strip and through each hexigon which made an awesome argyle-ish effect (which is super cute on the back). The finished quilt is about 50" x 60"- perfect for Noah to sleep with or for me to steal and snuggle with on the couch.
Just sayin'....
It also equals running out the door as soon as you upload the pics, so I didn't get a pic of my favorite part- the label on the back! It's a hexigon and I did a smidgen of hand stitching around the edges with embroidery floss. (I'll have Joe email me a pic to upload!)

That is one super cute quilt! I love it!
Well I think, I wish I had one. Love it! Great job!
Love that quilt! Fell in love with M&W the first time I saw those prints! Haven't had success in locating the yard goods around here but did manage a package of charms. Love that pattern, also. Congrats on a wonderful cozy quilt;-D
Glad you like your FQs! Thanks for sharing about yourself for FF and great hexagons quilt!
Cute! I am seriously thinking about a hexagon quilt next. They are so dang cute!
LOVE LOVE LOVE! I really like that fabric line, and have been trying to think of a pattern that would work well with it, and this looks great!!!
Saw you over on QuiltStory. This is the cutest quilt, pefect for a little boy. :)
I love the large hexagons, they really allow you to see the adorable fabrics! Great job Mom!
Here from Fabric Tuesday--this is a gorgeous quilt! :)
I would definitely recommend this pattern for a not-too-intimidating hexagon quilt. They are pieced half hexagons, so you don't have the awkwardness of weird seams!
I just love your quilt! It's beautiful, has wonderful funny fabrics and the hexacon pattern is so great!
